Payments and refunds
The ledger never deletes movements; adjustments and refunds are separate entries.
Simulation failure
A credit is reserved while a run starts and automatically returned after infrastructure failure or timeout.
Payment
Credits are delivered once after canonical provider confirmation.
Refund
Requests are reviewed under applicable law and provider rules. Consumed credits may limit a reversal.
